We can recommend a local wedding officer, hairdresser, mani- pedicurist, and photographer/videographer, etc. All suppliers must have their own permits for whatever service they are providing (food safety, music etc.)

FLEXIBILITY

We only do one wedding a day, so the venue is only for you and your invited guests. The ceremony starting time is flexible as the whole venue is yours to enjoy the whole day. Enjoy your wedding day until 10.00 pm on weekdays and until midnight on the weekends ( taking  applicable curfew hours into consideration ). Since yours is the only wedding on any given day, there is no “time slot”. The celebration is entirely of your creation.

CEREMONY LOCATIONS

Depending on the number of guests you plan to invite, you have the choice of locations :

  • Our lush tropical gardens offer a number of options, whereby there is a special elevated area for conducting the ceremony along with a small dance floor for romantic dancing under the stars.
  • The “Sanctuary” is like a natural chapel situated between 2 large Fig trees and offers lovely views into the garden.
  • The bar veranda with 180 degrees breathtaking views of the coastline and the mountains.
  • Finally for very intimate wedding, you can enjoy a bird’s eye stunning view from the perch.
  • On rainy days, you can also use the gazebo for a very intimate ceremony.
RECEPTION LOCATIONS

You can host your reception and wedding meal on the ground floor veranda or on the bar veranda on the upper level. There are tables and chairs to seat 34 people on the ground floor veranda. For receptions with more than this number of people it will be necessary to hire the required furniture. A reception and wedding meal is also possible in the garden. This option would also require hired furniture.

We recommend that you first do a site tour to check out the various locations and select where you would like to plan your ceremony and also discuss how we can best accommodate your wishes. Please share as much information as possible with us so that we can assist with tips and recommendations to make it a memorable occasion.

Please note, we are not equipped with special facilities for people with physical challenges, but we are happy to assist as far as we can to enable physically challenged persons to attend.

Office hours are Monday-Fridays from 10am-5pm. Site tours are possible by appointment only during these hours. Please email us to arrange a site tour. Site visits are not possible on days when there is a wedding.

ADVANCE BOOKING NOTICE

Once you have chosen your desired wedding date please email us to confirm that the date is available. We recommend booking your date as soon as you have set it. We will only hold dates once we have received payment. Dates can go fast, especially over holidays and weekends so book early to avoid disappointment.

The Winter months are the best time for a tropical destination wedding, especially for those eager to escape the cold, dark and grey up North. What better way to welcome in the New Year than sharing a toast at your wedding reception!

  • Your full name
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • WhatsApp details
  • Requested date
  • Expected number of guests
  • Requested ceremony time

Full payment of the venue fee is due at time of reservation. The venue payment is non-refundable. We are however happy to adjust your wedding date, provided we have 90 days’ notice prior to your original wedding date and have no other event on your new desired date (within 12 months).
